First Days

Caleb John Oehldrich Virnig arrived 5/25/02 @ 11:13 AM.  He weighed in at 7 lbs 3 oz and 19.5 inches long.

Just hangin' out at the NICU, not because he was too small or anything, he got a little banged up on the trip and needed a little attention before he came home.  His poor little bruised melon looks much better these days.

Yup, deer in the friggin' headlights.  Thank god the nurses are there to help Mom and Dad figure out which end to change and which end to feed....

Okay, shameless "cutie" pics.  Hey, what's not to love!  The first three pictures on the left are right when he came home from the hospital, the next three are after about a month.  That last one there bottom right - thats what your son looks like mere moments before he screams his ass off because his dad didn't prepare him for the impending flash at a distance of about 18 inches.  Yes, I apologized.

Caleb was allowed a few visitors after he came home from the hospital, here are a few we caught on film.  Some are related to the lad, some just wish they were.

Just a few more pics of the lad.  I'm not so good at cropping and realigning and all that crap just yet but I'm getting better.  Gotta love that little Nikon Coolpix 775 for general purpose photos.

Finally, getting time to update the site with more pictures of the CLB!!  Enjoy.
